The 147.260 repeater was reinstalled on the Blinn Water Tower in Brenham this week – bringing to an end a three-month adventure of equipment moves and upgrades to accommodate maintenance work at the site.
While re-installing the repeater, the original LMR-400-style coax was replaced with 1/2″ heliax, a new Hustler G7 antenna was installed, and the duplexers were tested and adjusted.
Following the return of the 147.260, the 145.390 repeater will be returned to Brenham National Bank in Brenham.
