The 147.260 repeater was returned to the Blinn Water Tower this week, bringing to an end a three-month endeavor of equipment relocations to accommodate maintenance work on the water tower.
While re-installing the repeater, the original LMR-400-style coax was replaced with 1/2″ heliax, the antenna was upgraded to a new Hustler G7, and the duplexers were tested and touched up.
As part of bringing home the 147.260, the 145.390 repeater was returned to Brenham National Bank in Brenham.
A special Thank You goes out to our Repeater Committee for seeing this project through to completion!
